Hiking to the Ancient Fortress
- Private morning pick-up and transfer to the trailhead in the Patacancha Valley.

Camping Under the Stars

How cold does it get at night?
Because the campsite is located at roughly 3,400 meters, temperatures drop significantly once the sun sets. It can reach near freezing at night. We provide high-quality four-season tents and thick sleeping mats, but you must bring warm thermal layers and a cold-weather sleeping bag.
Do I have to carry my own camping gear?
No, our support staff will transport all the heavy camping equipment (tents, food, cooking gear) directly to the campsite. You only need to carry your personal daypack with your water, jacket, camera, and snacks for the hike.
Are there toilet facilities at the campsite?
Since this is a remote wilderness experience, there are no permanent restroom facilities. However, our team provides a private, clean portable camping toilet tent for your comfort during the overnight stay.
