Can I buy the herbal remedies?
Yes! The community often has natural soaps, teas, ointments, and medicinal extracts available for purchase. Buying directly from them is a wonderful way to support their traditional lifestyle. Please bring small bills in Peruvian Soles.
What should I wear?
Because you will be walking around the community and gardens, we recommend comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes, long pants, and layered clothing. The temperature can fluctuate greatly depending on the sun.
